This is another attempt at the Faux Silk Technique: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/resources/tutorials/faux_silk/
The tissue paper on this one didn't stick to the cardstock as well so I decided to really distress it. It looks a little evil on the image but looks better IRL.
I did try a new ribbon tying technique of this... learned from Pintrest. You don't actually tie the ribbon, just pull it through holes and loop it a few times. But I decided to try to secure it by putting a glue dot on the back. I just managed to stick it up badly and undo it a couple of times no less. Ugh! I am thinking I should probably just keep things simple.
