Oh my! Such gorgeous papers and embellishments for that stunning photo! Clever idea to cover the design in the paper you are not crazy about (I'm the same way about clowns lol)...this is such a pretty color combination, a fave for me...love this! xo
Lovely mix of techniques - pretty pic, papers and feminine touches. Heartwarming LO. (I will have to check out how to make texture paste. I'm nervous to have it crumble off the paper.)
Wow what gorgeous young ladies. This is such a beautiful Lo. Love the colors and all your masking and punching. The effect from the Static mask looks great.. Good work hiding that clown... Wow
Beautiful girls and I cracked up over the clown story!!! Too funny! Once again, you never cease to amaze me with all of your creativity! All of your techniques are wonderful and I love the scattered punch work. Great pleating too!
Your DD is truly stunning as is your LO. I have stared at it for 10 minutes and I'm speechless at the creativity in it. Those flowers are really wonderful. TFS!!!
This is soo pretty my friend! Love the story behind the paper! So many folks dislike clowns (they are kind of scary). :) Love all the special touches you added to this layout. Your daughter is sooo lovely (takes after her momma!). TFS!!
Wow! Great job on this Lynne! You can't even tell you covered anything up! Your daughter is so pretty! Love your paper flowers, paper folding, textures, punching, pennants and chandelier. Pretty color scheme!
First of all, your daughter is absolutely gorgeous (takes after her mama)! Beautiful lo & colors, love the unicorn & your punch work. Congrats on being a winner!:)
my DD(left) and one of her best friends at their senior prom this past May. I won these beautiful FabScraps pps in a FB giveaway and love them...funny story though-the bg paper originally had a sketch of a clown in the lower right corner and my daughter HATES clowns! Fortunately there was another sheet from the same collection with the maypole on it, so I cut it out and covered the clown...and I liked it better this way too! I managed to mix some acrylic paints to closely match the purplish pink on the paper, and used that on the chandelier and touches of it on the roses. Homemade texture paste (of course!), and I tried a little paper pleating. Thanks for taking the time to look at my page!
