I created this card using a polka dot stencil from Heidi Swapp, texture paste, and pink embossing powder. The square is a Spellbinder's die. The circle and grey center are left over Cricut cuts from their new cartridge, Box it Up! I added some posies, string, and a few sequins to finish it off.
