I used an older Echo Park paper collection for this card.
For the acrylic snowflakes I used alcohol ink on the blue snowflake and then added gold on the edges using a paint pen. Foe the clear snowflake I used a clear gloss crackling medium and then added clear shimmer paint. For some more sparkle I added glitter to the snow on the bottom of the card.
