Hi! I'm sharing this card to help promote the Craft-Dee BowZ February Challenge. I had a great time assembling this card! I made the skirt out of washi tape and ribbon. I added a pop of orange with a double loop bow that I tied using my Craft-Dee BowZ Tool.
