PLAY: Cameron suddenly loves to play with his “Hug Me Elmo”. He tells me “on” and wants me to help him make him talk. He particularly loves when he sings. He even rides around with him on his bike. With the way he’s playing pretend and sleeping in a “big boy bed”, it’s as if he suddenly turned into my “big boy” over night.
earth angel: Mom is an angel and went to Sam’s Club for me and picked up a bunch of stuff I needed for the kids to get stocked up before this supposed storm hits. Depending on who you listen to, we could get 4-6 inches OR 12+. That’s a pretty wide range!
kissy kissy: Mom brought Valentine’s Day gifts for the boys today. Cameron loved his new puzzle and had to use his new Mickey Mouse sippy cup immediately. She got them this fish that “swims” singing “Kissy, Kissy!” Cameron wasn’t sure if he was scared of it.
cuddle bug: Evan gets so cuddly when he’s sleepy. We are so blessed to have my mom near by to stop in just for a quick visit with the boys before the snow hits. Her visits are not only loved by the boys - I get 5 minutes of peace in an otherwise crazy day!
enthralled: Turned the TV on to check the snow forcast and Sesame Street was on. The show used to be “too big” for Cameron but today he was suddenly ENTHRALLED. He didn’t even move a muscle when mom walked in - he normally RUNS to her.
discover: Evan took an interest in opening his first Valentine’s Day gift... he just LOVED the tissue paper. He was fascinated by the sound and feel of it. It’s so fun to watch him discover the world around him. I think that 6 months is like a whole new threshhold of development for babies. They just suddenly become so much more aware and autonomus. You can see his personality emerge.
AND ABOVE ALL ELSE, LOVE: FIRST TIME HOLDING YOUR BROTHER. HOLD HIM CLOSE. HOLD HIM FOR LIFE.

PRODUCTS: The papers and colors are from "[every day] just february" kit from Lauren Grier. I made everything else in PS and Illustrator to appear similar to the style of prints you can order from Persnickety Prints using the Collect Photo App.
