The circle and the shamrock were cut with my Cricut machine. I wanted to add a wee bit of gold so I used for the first time, Stickles. All I have are diamond and a silver color...I chose diamond and added some gold embossing powder, heated and it worked. I hope after some practice at using Stickles Ill be able to apply it better.
