After cutting and styling their hair, this hairdresser sprinkled glitter on their heads and then they each got to pick a free lollypop! The paper is from DCWV Neon Chic Stack and Recollections Femme Fatale. The title and curling iron are from Girl's Makeup Party. I used a border punch to trim a border.
