For BOM, VLB, Volume, and Compliment Corner, Journaling reads: 1955-1958. Every day after school I watched the Mickey Mouse Club. I really loved Bobby who also appeared on the Lawrence Welk show. My other favorites were Cubby and Karen. Each day had a theme: Monday- Fun with Music, Tuesday- Guest Star, Wednesday- Anything Can Happen, Thursday- Circus, Friday, Talent Roundup. The show also featured a variety of serials: What I Want to Be which I remembered featured an airline stewardess, a very glamorous job at the time. Others were Spin and Marty, Corky and White Shadow, and the Hardy Boys. Writing this makes me want to buy the DVD of the highlights and relive this happy time."
