Hello friends! I actually got in the card making mood this morning after being inspired by so many creative ladies that have made cards using their small scraps (of which I have an enormous amount)! So, I got out my little boxes of small scraps and dug out what I used on this card. The card itself is from scraps of beautiful textured will cover paper I got from my former job as a part-time legal secretary. My wonderful boss became terminally ill and had to close his office and he told me to take all the paper I wanted and I've made lots of cards using this wonderful paper. The background is actually from a tissue box, then a scrap of vellum over it. The tag is also one I've had for awhile and I cut the end of it to look like a flag. I wanted to make a humorous card for my eldest brother in Texas so I've added a photo of the inside as well. Decided to utilize my stamps on this, something I don't do often enough because where I have them is a bit of a pain getting them out! The bottle cap is from Henry Weinhard's Root Beer that my son saved for me and I thought would be comical on this card. I flattened it out a bit with some heavy pliers.
