The pps & smilies are from the April Ugly Paper challenge but ultimately the page is for my BOM album- Games I've played (and liked) from growing up till now. There is a hidden journal tag that reads:

Playing games together creates a bond- shared laughter- competition- that striving to do better. Growing up the main games I knew (and liked) were the traditional games for kids- Go Fish, Old Maid, Trouble, Yahtzee, and Monopoly. As I got older came Rummy, Cribbage, Pinochle, and Scrabble. Starting a family of my own came electronic games to add to the list like, Life on the PlayStation, and Sports Resort on the Wii. Playing a game was like an intermission to life. It added fun and skill. It gave some quality time together where we were all focused on the same thing. I have fond memories of playing Cribbage with my dad growing up. Winter trips to Lake Almanor, CA and playing 3-handed Pinochle with my mom & dad. Many times we also did a puzzle together- even tho this wasn’t a game, it was family time.
More recently with Carl growing up- gathering to play a Game of Life was a great evening activity. Then later we got the Wii and out of all the different games we liked the Sports Resort the best- bowling, archery, basketball free throws, Frisbee w/a dog, and if there was just 2 of us, sword fighting. Cary and I often like to play Rummy and Cribbage for some quiet time to just spend time together or talk about general things. Sometimes we’ll spice things up and play Farkel. I can’t imagine life without games.

I used the Mickey Mouse Font to cut the title

Thanks for looking and as always I appreciate you stopping by & leaving a comment. Have a blessed day.
