Aprox. 8"wX10"tall - my first handmade book bag~
The base is made from a heavy canvas. It is covered with a vintage lace handkerchief, lace net & a hanky rosette.
The handle is also canvas; covered w/cotton lace on the 'top' side.
Hmm.. the handle looks yellowy - but the lighting is bad; it does blend w/the purse really well:)
I hope to make a more 'lacier' one next time - but this was my prototype!! Machine and hand sewn; it was much easier than I thought it would be - - I even gave it a simple inside pocket~
The back is not decorated.
