I made this for my niece who loves antiques and vintage goodies. The dress form had to be assembled before I made the dress from scraps I had on hand. The bodice was created using fabric that was given to me by my sweet friend, Helbert. Thanks, Hel - I still have one small piece left. I cut appliques from the fabric then adhered them to the background fabric. Please forgive my bathroom tile but the light was better there, LOL.
