Having a love for rocks, I used to break open large rocks as a kid and would sometimes find a surprise inside. This reminded me of a coupla geodes I got a few yrs ago for my nephews. I dont see the nephews very often and I had forgotten about giving the rocks to them :o)Ro

Watercolor Bonus All Day Challenge 2014

This is my entry for the watercolor bonus challenge. I didn't paint the word right on the paper but I did paint the letters with the brush. I thought Easter was the perfect brush painted word. The word Geodes was much more suited to being subjected to having a plain brown outside and a white glittery inside... as it is here... even if not very visible.
