I created this card using JustRite's Quilted Circles background stamp. I stamped it with Versamark and embossed it in white. I gave it a watercolor wash using Tombow's Dual Brush markers. I cut the panel in 3 strips and layered them over a bit of white card stock. I added coordinating string, sequins, and a sentiment from Simon Says Stamps.
