Give a Cheer
These are pics from Easter this year. When I showed my completed LO to my DH he nearly died laughing at the bottom picture of our DD. "What a snot!" Unfortunately she is famous in my family for "mean muggin'" (AKA having a mean face)... we have actually started using the phrase Resting Bi*ch Face. I hope she out grows it.... the faces and the reputation.
Despite what it looks like they all had a great time hunting for eggs this year. Well, except there was a major design flaw in our plan. Remember how I said that this year we were gonna put puzzle pieces in the eggs instead of candy? Well, the kids found "all" the eggs, came into the house and put the puzzle together...come to find out there were still a few pieces missing. So they went out and found "all" the rest of them. After coming in for the second time there was only one more piece left. So they went back out again...
BTW this is great! An egg hunt for a 6 and 9 year old that lasted more than 5 minutes! Until we realized the last piece was never going to be found (or perhaps never existed to begin with. It was a dollar stor puzzle that noen of us checked the completeness of). My neice moved on quickly....my nephew however will probably always remember the egg hunt with the missing egg.
