My DGD, Katie, just before she turned 13. Don't remember who makes the ppr. I layered a solid green over a polka-dotted piece, put two mats behind the photo. The banners on the bottom are cut from the ppr and adhered under the orange polka-dotted strip. The circles were punched with a 1/2 inch circle punch, coated with glossy accents, then pop dotted for dimension. The title work (Smile) was cut out 4 times with the Cameo and layered for depth. The word "sweet" was also cut with the Cameo, but not layered. The fishtail tags on the top edge were cut with scissors. The date was computer generated, then cut out. Katie was cut with die cuts. I scattered around a few sequins and adhered them with glossy accents. The journaling is behind the photo on the orange scalloped piece...and I used a few pieces of bling to keep if from sliding behind the photo. Added a touch of white doodling to the background piece.
