This is a birthday card that will help eliminate your scraps. The balloons are a circle punch (1" I believe) and I actually punched these watching tv one day. The banner is from a Cricut Cartridge and of course I had to throw in some bling on each side of the Happy Birthday greeting. The yellow card is made from a scrap piece of yellow cardstock. I finished it off with some string tucked under the balloons and tied the pieces together.
