2014, Scotland, Bothwell Castle

This castle is one of the best examples of 13th century castle still surviving in Scotland today. It's name is from the Earls of Bothwell - the father of Mary, Queen of Scot's husband owned this castle and then traded it to the Red Douglas' for Hermitage Castle.
