Our last stop was to a pretty beach. I stayed in a covered pavilion and took pictures of Bill while he explored. He had his camera with him and promised to take a lot of pictures for me. He walked along the beach and into a little cave in the shallow part of the water which he said opened to another beach on the other side and flowed into the ocean.

I saw Bill standing on the beach near a big pile of rocks and couldn't figure out what he was doing because he kept bending over. When we got back in the cave he told me he gotten good pictures of the beach and the ocean where it flowed out the other side of the cave. I was anxious to see his pictures and when I saw what he had been doing on the beach my heart melted. He had gathered small rocks and outlined a heart with them. Then he made a letter “B” with rocks and put it one side of the heart and the letter “H” on the other. Inside the heart he put “Greece 2013”. What a romantic he is!

It felt so good to get back to the ship where cold water, lemonade and freezing wet rolled up washcloths were waiting for us that were stored in big chests full of ice. Nothing feels as good as those wet icy-cold washcloths Holland America has waiting for us when we get back on the ship on hot days.

Heart shape done with my cricket. The little dots are called "Sprinkles" - bought them at my Scrapbook store.
