Give a Cheer
My fourth LO from the Miley Cyrus concert on Oct. 10, 2009 in Milwaukee - these are photos of her singing Fly on the Wall. All of the photos are mine except the bottom left 2x3 shot, which I got from Wikipedia. There will be six more LO's from this concert both because I got a lot of great pics and because that's what my dd wants. :)
Journaling says: Fly on the Wall was one of the coolest numbers in Miley's show. Back up dancers dangled against the video panels to resemble flies climbing on a window. At the end of the song, Miley and the dancers performed a dance interlude to Thriller as a tribute to Michael Jackson.
This is for:
1) June Music Challenge - Artist Category. I have the twist to use the name of an all male group or male artist on the LO. Michael Jackson is mentioned in the journaling.
2) June Stamping Challenge. I stamped the 'flies' on white cardstock, embossed them with Holographic powder, fussy cut them, and colored them with Stardust pens.
I mixed red and silver paint into molding paste to use with my brick template. I wanted the title to look like graffiti, so I freehanded it, first in thick lines with silver paint and a brush, then when it was dry, again over one edge with a white paint marker. I outlined the photos with a black Sharpie to give them a crisp edge without matting them.
