for Amber. For Dianne C. O. I had so much fun making up a bunch of these little cupcakes with my Cricut Celebrations cartridge. I added some layers to the frosting topper with extra carstock and then added a thick coat of Glossy Accents and then covered with clear glitter and sequin sprinkles. I added a little stamped and cutout candle and then raised it up a little with 3-d foam squares. I also did an inlay with the Spellbinders teardrop circle die. Having so much fun with my diecuts!
