I made this for a challenge to make a card without layers. I find this type of card challenging.
The background is Peacock Feathers Distress Ink spritzed with water. The seahorse stamps are Inkadinkadoo dollar stamps. The waves are a stamp from Mr. Campy by Cosmo Cricket.
The wave ink is dark blue in real life. The seahorses are stamped in black Archival ink by Ranger.
I added Stickles in an attempt to jazz this up a bit.
