This was a fun page to do. My son was into Japanese Anime' at the time, and was also an excellent sax player. He asked me to design his cake that way. This is also an example of my other love of crafting, besides scrapbooking, of course, which is cake decorating.
The cake says "Happy Birthday Patrick" 15
