I created this card using new stamps from Neat and Tangled. The set is called, Fresh Blooms. The flowers were colored using Spectrum Noir markers. They were given a coat of glossy accents and an epoxy dot was added to the center. They were cut out and framed beaded circles cut using my Spellbinder's dies. I added bit of string and ribbon. All adhesive used was by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.
