I made this Get Well Card for a little girl in The Netherlands. Her Mom is a member on Postcrossing. On the outside it reads "Smile and ...." On the inside it reads "Get Well Soon."
I used a cookie cutter to trace the bear's body and then modified it for the cast. I drew and cut out the crutches, hair, lips, purse, and everything else. A hole punch was used for the nose and bows.
