this is for Pam's circle challenge. i really had fun doing this! :) i had reason to use those "not-so-nice" photos. LOL thanks, girlie, for hosting a great challenge! (((hugs)))
i went crazy with all the circles here--- pics & picture mats, the circle punches along the wavy border, the epoxy pebbles (clear and shades of green), the sun-shaped rub-on, and the "scraps" from the punched out border that surrounds the sun-shaped rub-on. :d
