For my tag, I used a standard manila tag. I attached 3 strips of pattern paper, dots, stripes and checks and one plain blue. The checks was embossed with a border embossing folder. The bird and flowers is my favorite stamps set right now. I stamped them on cardstock and fussy cut them. I added an enamel dot to the lower flower and pearls for the birds eye and center of the other flowers. I stamped the leaves directly onto the tag. Them I attached the bird and flowers with pop ups. The last thing I did was go around the edge with a blue chalk ink.
