For the watercolor, I used some pearlescent water colors and washed the background with them. You can't really see the shine in my pictures.The flowers are two step stamps. Stamp the outline in black then the colored flower over the top. I used watercolor pencils to do the leaves. I stamped the cloud and rain drops in white and they didn't show up very well so I heat embossed them with white. They still don't show up very well ;-)Then I added the ribbon, flower buttons and butterfly embellishments.
