For this week's Finally Friday card, I wanted to try my hand at another birthday card. I was considering using polka dots somewhere on the card when I thought about creating the dots myself with punched circles of patterned paper. Awesome! I love polka dots. They're just so… happy!I ended up calming down the busy-ness a bit by putting a band of patterned paper at the bottom of the card. It seemed to help. :)CHALLENGE: Create a card using punched elements.
