I just bought a bunch of tags at Office Depot. Used greenbriar and willow cardstock for background and and mats. Background overlayed with a gorgeous patterned vellum. Mounted tag on greenbriar, chalked & added punch. Journaling is on another patterned vellum with Jules Writing font. Chalked the willow cardstock mat.
