GREAT LO Sri!! This is perfect! Love your daughter's drawing too...she's REALLY good for 2 - covering all the page like that - methinks she' inherited her mama's artistic flair!!!!
Oh Sri I love it, I dont think it's too bright nor do I think it looks like you got drunk and scrapped in the dark, lol. I love the fabric and all the stitching, LOVE the handstitched flourish and the papertowel, way too cool girl!!!! BTW, totally love your daughters drawing and the journaling, made me teary eyed.
COOL SRI!!!!!!! I don't think it is too bright...I LOVE the fabric and the paper towel idea!!! TOO CUTE journaling too! I'm so excited to get started on mine!!! ;)
*Put on your shades, ladies! It's a bit bright o'er here!* :D
The challenge for our critic group 2 this week is to do something different and used every day objects and products. For this LO, I used paper towel (Sparkle brand, fyi) and fabrics. This is a LO of my 2 year old's drawing.
Journaling reads: "Baby, what are you drawing?" "Uh..." "Is it a person? A building? An animal?" "No, Mama. It's everything!"
TFL! The scanning is a bit wonky due to that bulky flower. Makes everything looks crooked.
Products used: Bazill Kraft cardstock Sparkle paper towel or kitchen towel Scrap fabrics Misc Buttons and ribbons Prima Flower KI Memories alpha soup Scrap papers...KI Memories, Paper Salon and DCWV (those little strips of pp on top and at the bottom) MM "celebrate" tag Doodlebug polka dot button
