Maybe vellum tape. These are very cute.

It's glued under the picture as well, but the leaf still "flutters" up to much and they will tear rather easily so I think it needs to be attached in both places.

This is adorable! I love the look of tags, but can't seem to create them...I'm challenged! Suggestion for the glue dot problem...could you put the dot on the part of the leaf that is under the picture? Either way, it's wonderful! Linda
