I got some of this fun new ribbon and just had to put a layout together with it. My poor baby was so sick when I took this picture, but she was screaming her first word, so I just had to take it.<br><br>“Although Katie has been attempting to say Mama, Dada, and baby for months, her first recognizable word was “hi” at 11 months old. It started as “ha” when she would wave to people, but one day while we were hanging out together, we went back and forth saying “hi” and after about 5 minutes, it came out of her mouth clear as day. I screamed and clapped and went totally crazy and Katie thought it was the greatest thing ever. It was so neat to hear her cute little voice say something that anyone would understand. I took this picture a week before her first birthday. She was home sick with pink eye and an ear infection (poor baby), but after I got her dressed she ran around the house yelling “hi!!” and smiling all the way. Such a little cutie bird she is!”<br><br>All paper and elements are by American Crafts. Thanks for looking! Heather<br><br>
