This is my entry in Erica's poetry themed circle journal. Paper is Pixie Press and It Takes Two. Fonts are 2peas Renaissance and Day Roman.<br><br>“For my 8th birthday, my Grandma gave me the book ”Where the Sidewalk Ends“ by Shel Silverstein. She had the first page beautifully inscribed ”To Heather With Love from Grandma and Grandpa“. It was, and still is, my favorite poetry book. The poems are silly and sweet and make me laugh. It makes me happier than any other poetry I've ever read. One of my favorite poems in the book is ”Hug O' War“. Although simple and sweet, to me, it sends a stronger message about peace.
