I've been going through my piles of photos and deciding whether to scrap it or toss it, and I was going to toss this picture, but it's the only photo I have in my Halloween costume, and I suppose I could get a better picture taken, but every year I say that I'm going to, and I never do, so I went ahead and scrapped this picture that one of my student's parents snapped of me. For the magazine challenge, I was inspired by the cover of the April 2004 CK (see page 2) to dig out my textured paper. The Basic Grey challenge was to use Skate Shoppe.

I thought the bumpy paper looked sort of like lizard skin, and I made the title in a curve, like a lizard and added spikes with deco scissors.

Materials: Basic Grey patterned papers and letters. Unknown textured papers. Magic Mesh. Unknown star jewels. Making Memories date stamp. 2 Peas Essential font. Stitched on my sewing machine. TFL! ~Debbi T
