I started this layout for my good buddy, Susan's (shushu1971) newspaper challenge and didn't finish it last Friday. It wasn't inspired by any layout in particular, but it is newspaper related, so hopefully that's ok. (She is an AMAZING layout designer, by they way!) I took these pics with a bxw roll of film and my SLR - that hasn't been used in over a year. I definitely miss it! Paper is 7Gypsies, new Scrappy Chic letter stickers (love em!), silk ribbon (that is actually beige IRL), my type of font for journaling, and typewriter key and MM charm were a gift from my dear friend, stringbean - you rock, Jessi!!! Journaling reads, “Tom said that his Dad used to play with him for hours by burying him in the Sunday newspaper, so he thought it would be fun to try it with Mackenzie. To neither of our surprise, she absolutely loved it! Mackenzie Ann MelzerSeptember 3, 2003”. MM charm reads, “A father sees himself in his child's eyes.” Thanks! Heather
