My baby was so sick when I took these and she just couldn't stop smiling! I hated knowing she didn't feel well, but it just didn't seem to bother her - what a trooper. Tag is by 2DYE4, Paper is Bazzill and moss green cardstock, David Walker stickers, Marydale font, heart button by Dress-it-up and concho from 2peas. Journaling reads: “Although you’d never know it from these pictures, Mackenzie was home sick this day and had just returned home from a difficult visit to the doctor’s office. While Tom was away on his annual fishing trip, Mackenzie became very ill with a respiratory infection which caused me to make an emergency appointment for her with our neighbor and friend, Dr. Gustafson. Karen was very worried about the build-up of fluid in her chest that was making it very hard for her to breathe. After checking her out, she suggested that we put her on prescription drugs and have her go through an oxygen treatment there at the office. I had to hold an oxygen mask over her mouth for about 20 minutes to help break up the fluids in her chest, which we hoped would help her breathe easier. Karen then told me to watch her very closely and to bring her to the emergency room right away if she were to get any worse. I was so worried about her that I called Tom and he rushed right home. Karen couldn’t believe that with as sick as Mackenzie was, she was still smiling and laughing the whole time we were at her office (and for the rest of the day). Even when she isn’t feeling well, she’s still such a happy little girl. I hope she always sees the best in difficult situations like this and never lets anything get her down.” Thanks!! Heather
