Settling in to 11 {Art Inspiration 47}

I loved my AI pice this week but didn't quite know what to do with it. In fact, until this layout came together, I had something completely different in mind. Even so, I ended up using quite a bit from the AI piece! When Andrea got in last night, she looked so happy and content so I asked if I could take a few photos. Here are two of my favorites. The photos were printed on watercolor paper after using the watercolor tool in photoshop. Lots of Bazzill, ribbon by Offray, the buttons and black cord were things from my stash, MM Magnetic Express it Stamp, Artistic Scrapper Cork Stickers by Creative Imaginations and the Font is Tree Frog. The journaling reads: The beginning of your eleventh year has been marked with change. You moved to a new house in a new city. You started a new school for a mere six days before summer break. You are in a new summer program with all new faces. You are in a new neighborhood with a new group of kids. Today, even after a full day of swimming, you headed out with Tammy as soon as you got home, ate dinner with Katie and swam with Page in her pool all before 8:00 pm. While the month may have started out with you longing for the way your life was at ten, in four short weeks, it appears that you are settling in to eleven.
