This was my Christmas card picture last year. I took it in October, at the zoo. I love the colors in the background.Anyway- this was one of those “What the heck do I do?” free choice assignments. I decided to use favorite elements; color blocking, Bazzill, letter stickers and funky quotes from a C.C. Lewis (Important Things My Kids Have Taught Me) book. When I saw this quote- even though technically it didn't fit with the picture…it DID fit with the picture…in a weirdly profound way. So- now I can't read it without tearing up. LOLI want to frame this layout. I love it so much.
