~Remember This Moment~

Had lots of fun altering this photo of my niece and nephew before printing it onto Bazzill c/s. Changed photo to b&w, colored the leaves on the tree with watercolors, added brother/sister quotes to the background, “pinked” up their cheeks, then moved the cutout of the two children back over all my fun effects. It's hard to see in the scan, but I added extra dimension to the photo by printing the whole thing onto a transparency, also, then putting the transparency over the cardstock photo, shifting it just the TINIEST bit off the lines of the cardstock photo beneath. PP's are Gin-X, with lots of MM fun stuff and stash bits and pieces. The letters for “Moment” were cut from light-weight chipboard using various fonts, then painted with acrylic paints (yep…I fixed that crooked “M”..heehee). Journaling on the side strips reads, "Ashlyn, when your baby brother isn’t a baby anymore, and he draws pictures on your homework papers….Remember this moment. “borrows” your makeup to play “clown school”…Remember this moment. wants to tag along when you go out with your girlfriends…Remember this moment. And when you’re both grown, no longer living together, with families of your own…Remember this moment.” TFL! Kathy
