This is a gift for Wendy Malichio (yep..we're BOTH late…heck, at this point I guess I'll call it her “Valentine's” gift…LOL!) Are you peeking, Wen? I figured turnabout was fair play…you teased me with my phone list…heeheehee<br><br>This started out as one of those balsa wood tea boxes (see Image 6). I used Mod Podge and LOTS of different patterned papers around the sides - 7Gypsies, Mustard Moon, Rusty Pickle, Lil Davis Designs, Design Originals, K&Co., Creative Imaginations, and Chatterbox - along with some old postage stamps (and lots of ink). I also decoupaged paper to the inside of the box. I used round flat beads for the feet (visible best in Image 1), and got a knob from HD for the “handle” on top, using a square metal scroll piece beneath it.<br><br>Inside the box is a slide-mount mini album. I covered the slide mounts with patterned papers, and hooked them all together with binder rings. The front and back of the mini album is covered chipboard.
