Created this as a protector for the tag I mailed to Howdyheidi. She asked that I share it.The basic card with scalloped edge was purchased from a big sale from one of the wholesale company located in the Orem/Provo Utah area. The turtle is from a set of book plates that I purchased at a garage sale. I loved the turtle and felt there had to be a way that I could use him. I can't use him on the cards that I made for Operation Write Home, so I use him in other paper crafting ways.
