Drank my coffee this morning and saved my coffee filter. Let it dry. Fold it and very carefully used a border punch - thank goodness I had an extra one to practice on.Then stamped with StazOn Teal Blue. Other inks didn't work as well. Matted on teal blue mulberry paper and then used the coordinating paper I found in my Christmas Stash. I am wondering if it needs a ribbon - It has a vintage feel to it.
