For the sketch challenge for this week (May 9-15). The three pics on the right side lift up to show more pictures. "stencil" I traced from July's CK magazine onto cardstock.

"October 7, 2003
For two years in a row Daddy and I had gone to the pumpkin patch in Polk City tobuy pumpkins, adn I was so excited this year to be able to take you along to get a little pumpkin just for you.
We went in the evening when the light was just perfect for pictures, on a beautifully warm day for Fall. We had a jacket for you but it was too hot!
You were fascinated by the pumpkins and I think you would have been perfectly happy crawling around an exploring the pumpkin patch all night. You certainly didn't want to sit still for Mommy to take your picture! But I still managed to get a few really cute shots.
The pose of you holding the baby pumpkin is one of my favorite pictures of you ever. The picture of you and Daddy shows Daddy's ideal pumpkin, but we ended up getting you one sized more like the ones you are crawling around in on the opposite page.
I know you won't be able to remember this day, but it's one of my very favorite memories of your first year!"
