Cathi, this is just beautiful!!! I may be pming you on some directions...I have been wanting to make a clock for my kitchen forever...just not sure how to go about it...this is gorgeous....love it!!!!
Did this for a contest to try and get on a DT...had to alter a CD(anyhow...anyway)
I altered all the pieces and because the back circle is a magnetic bulletin board I placed magnets on the back of the metal frames so I can change the pictures when I want to. I also added buttons with magnets to add extra photos or memorabilia to the clock. It also has a hole in the bulletin board to hang it up on a wall. I covered it with a magnetic button (I plan on placing the clock on a plate stand)- but I could hang it if I wanted to.
Big Round Disk (Very Back)- a magnetic bulletin board (11.5") (Madpad)-had my hubby drill a hole through the center of it.
Medium Round Disk (Middle)- Compact Disk
Small Round Disk (front)- Chipboard (Basic Grey)
Clock Movement Parts- Clock Craft (Walnut Hollow)
PP- Urban Couture and Skate Shoppe (Basic Grey) Chipboard Numbers- Alphaletterz Madeline Plain(Provo Craft) Metal Frames- Making Memories and Karen Foster Designs Buttons- Foofala Magnets (on back of buttons)- Basic Grey Brads- Seasoned (SEI) Flowers- Prima Ribbon- Unknown
