My journaling (sorry - it just had to be lengthy) is a saga that took place on Wednesday of this week when we had several grandchildren and their mamas all visiting! The two little boys are each two years old and both are just delightful most of the time; today Mark was just sooooo two! (Mark is the angelic looking little blond who was smiling through all of this.) My daughter would kill me if she knew that this was posted!!!! I may be dead tomorrow if she looks online! 1. We are hungry and Monnie won't cook lunch.2. We call Henry & his mama to meet us at the Cracker Barrel3. Hostess lets Henry play with a toy from off the shelf4. Henry opens it so his mama has to purchase it.5. Mary Paul, Mark, Henry with their mamas and Monnie are happy and order our food.6. Monnie takes Mark out to look at the toys so he will have one like Henry has.7. The drinks arrive and everyone is happy.8. Henry needs a diaper change so he and his mama go to the ladies room.9. The children's food comes and Henry doesn't like his bacon that crisp … so it goes back.10. Mark doesn't like his cheese burger and knocks it off of the table … along with the plate … which breaks!11. Lots of noise . . . so other guests turn to look at our misbehaving children . . . one mama turns red . . . our poor little waitress cleans up plate and food . . . Mark doesn't get a replacement because he is too grumpy to eat like a big boy!12. Henry is tired so he begins to cry . . . his mama takes him out.13. Mark is upset about the missing cheese burger . . . so Monnie takes him out.14. Mama stays with Mary Paul because she is being good!15. Everyone settles down and returns to eat the food.16. After a few bites . . . Mark accidentally knocks over his mamas iced tea . . . waitress brings lots of napkins and new tea.17. We all turn red . . . another grandmother laughingly tells me that I can eat with them . . . and commiserates with me!18. We quickly cram our food down our throats and file out a few at a time . . . much to the delight of the other guests & waitress.19. Monnie leaves a $15.00 tip and hopes that they will not remember her if she ever returns!20. Mary Paul, Mark & Henry climb on chairs outside and play checkers as if nothing ever happened inside!21. Everyone goes home for long naps.22. In the midst of it all one of Mark's shoes is missing . . . never to be found again.23. After they all return to their own homes . . . Monnie and Papa miss them terribly!Quick Notes, Chunky Chipboard Alpha, Deckled Frames No. 02, Safety pin from Safety Tags Pack,Two papers & stitching from Krafty Botanical Kit, Paper Bobbins - all from Katie PertietEpoxy Extravaganza - from Pattie KnoxFonts used are 2Peas Fancy Free & Century Gothic
