Journaling: We spent Friday night carving pumpkins at Grandma and Grandpa's and having fajitas. Everyone helped the boys out with the pumpkins, cutting off a lid, scraping the insides and removing the seeds and pulp, poking the holes, then sawing off the pieces. I sorted out the seeds to roast in the oven, but I ended up burning them.
