I was challenged to journal about all the little things we learn from everyday life.Free template by Monique (jomi)Little Rabble Rouser collection by Danielle EngebretsonDJB Another Mandy font by Darcy BaldwinJournaling:Here are just a few of things I've learned from my boys * Playing with Lego is lots of fun * The new transformers are just about impossible to put back to their non-robot form * Metal battle tops (Beyblades Metal Fusion) leave dents in the hardwood floor * You can get permanent marker off just about anything except carpets, fabric, and kids’ faces * Running around outside, on a late summer evening, playing tag with all the kids and adults is a blast * Boo boos almost always get better when treated with a kiss, but a lollipop ensures it * Shots (vaccination needles) need a root beer chaser * Bandaids make anything better, they're like cool stickers with padding * Taking 35 books home from the library is not excessive * Watching the same movie 30 days in a row is too much * Stopping to play on every single ride in the mall is mandatory; even though Mom is cheap and won't pay the $2 to turn them on * Grocery shopping is much more enjoyable with the free cookie * You can bribe a little kid to behave with as little as a single smartie * As soon as they forget about the Halloween candy it's ok to throw it out (but on the QT) * Make sure the kids don’t see Mommy throw out the Halloween candy * Bedtime stories are the perfect end to any day * It's ok not to have everything under control all the time
