This is my husband and our neice. I made the frame using a sheet of foam and decoupaging patterned paper onto it; then, I painted the edges with craft paint and added the ribbon and MM ribbon charm. I softened the lower pic by running vellum through my Xyron and adhering it directly on top of the picture. I swiped craft paint on the Bazzil cardstock. I lifted the idea for the slide holder from Marilyn Healey in the Garden. TFL!
